Voor het 20-jarig jubileum van de eerste film is er een speciale Anniversary Collection - Train Edition uitgebracht, met alle films op UHD en BD, met daarbij vele schijfjes aan extra's ook ook een boekje, kaartjes en filmposter. Dit alles is verpakt in een kartonnen "Zweinstein-Express", de bekende trein uit de films. In de set zitten 3 dikke keepcases: één met alle films op UHD, één met alle films op Blu-ray Disc (inclusief de extra BD met The Harry Potter Magical Movie Mode van de eerste film), en in de derde keepcases zitten alle BD's met de extra's. Conclusie

In tien jaar tijd zijn de Harry Potter-films een waar fenomeen geworden. De makers brachten op magische manier de karakters uit de boeken van J.K. Rowling tot leven in iconische rollen en verhalen. Daarnaast groeiden hoofdrolspelers Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson en Rupert Grint gezamenlijk op tijdens het filmen en groeide hun samenwerking uit tot een waar verbond. Het succes van alle acht de films is dan ook absoluut onbetwist. Met diverse regisseurs aan het roer gaf ieder hun eigen toon aan de film, maar alles binnen de sfeer van het Harry Potter-universum. Alle films zijn ook vele malen uitgebracht op diverse media. Uiteraard begon dit op DVD met diverse uitvoeringen met daarna de overstap op HD. Harry Potter heeft als enige franchise nog de meeste titels naast Blu-ray Disc ook uitgebracht op gestopte medium HDDVD. Tijdens de "Harry Potter-jaren" maakte Warner Bros de definitieve overstap om alle films alleen op Blu-ray Disc uit te brengen. Hier volgde diverse uitvoeringen en boxsets, met als hoogtepunt de Wizards Collection, een speciale case die opent als een soort klassieke bureaulaatjes met alle films op Blu-ray, DVD en vele extra's en memorabilia. In het 4K-tijdperk zijn alle films uitgebracht op 4K UHD+BD, in losse uitgaves en in een collectie. Echter is hier nog nooit een "speciale" uitgave van gekomen, tot nu. Warner heeft speciaal voor het 20-jarig jubileum van de eerste film een Anniversary Collection samengesteld. Hierin zijn alle films op UHD, Blu-ray Disc en een pakket aan extra's toegevoegd. Dit wordt verpakt in de "Zweinstein Express": een kartonnen trein waar de cases in de passagierswagon kunnen worden opgeslagen. Hierbij zit ook een doosje met boekjes, kaarten en een poster. Een unieke verpakking die absoluut tot de verbeelding spreekt. Alle films zien er technisch geweldig uit en in de derde keepcase zitten Blu-ray Discs zitten vele extra's. Is dat nu echt helemaal compleet met alles wat er is uitgebracht? Dat niet, de 3D-versies van de laatste twee films zijn niet toegevoegd, en er zijn nog verschillende discs met extra's vanuit de afzonderlijke speciale uitgaven op DVD en Bluray, met daarnaast ook nog de exclusieve Bonus discs uit de verzameluitgaven. De echte fan spaart natuurlijk alles, maar dat is wellicht wat overdreven. Deze Anniversay Collection - Train Edition is een geweldige en complete uitgave met alle films op 4K UHD, BD en een schat aan extra's. Een must have voor deze feestdagen!
